Publish real estate listings with a time delay
The Portal Manager 2.0 from reedb.com helps real estate agents to save valuable time and provides a perfect overview of when, where and with whom which listings are online and for how long.

Bayerisch Gmain, March 13, 2019 - The new year has barely begun and reedb.com is back in full swing. In addition to the many updates on both the desktop and mobile versions, there is now a new portal manager.

With this new feature, listings can now be placed online with a delay of up to 99 days. This allows for great forward planning. The manager also provides an overview of all posted real estate listings. This means that deadlines are no longer so easily overlooked and if a property is taken, it only takes one click to take it offline.
Olivier Nachbagauer, owner and founder of reedb.com, says: "Today's real estate industry is becoming increasingly fast-moving and confusing. Therefore, with our Portal Manager 2.0, we provide agents around the world with a quick and easy solution to put listings online in the desired real estate portals at a specific time."
So that everyone can see for themselves, reedb.com is giving all new customers and customers who have not placed any listings in the last six months 50% off the selected real estate package until Labor Day, May 1, 2019. This means that all other functions can also be used extensively, whether this is the worldwide accessibility, the multilingual and currency-adapted homepage or the cross-country search.
For private advertisers, an automatic function has been set up that places the advertisements online on all free cooperation portals. If not all portals are desired, the relevant ones can be deactivated. This is intended to promote the fastest possible mediation between advertiser and property seeker.

The focus is of course on the customer, so it goes without saying that individual advertisements are not automatically extended after the desired period has expired and package tariffs can be adjusted or terminated at any time in advance in the contract administration. With the "PayPerUse" tariff, you can not only cancel daily, you are also 100% flexible as to how many offers you want to publish.
It's all too easy to overlook deadlines in stressful everyday life and then the annoyance is great. That's why you are reminded in advance by e-mail if a contract extension is due or an advertisement is about to expire.
