In the spacious garden, you will find a chlorine swimming pool with dimensions of 8 x 4 m and a depth range of between 1 and 2 m. Around it, there are sun loungers where you can relax while sunbathing, a barbecue and a furnished porch where you can enjoy eating or having a drink with your companions. The interior of the house, distributed over two floors, is designed to offer you the rest you deserve. The bright living-dining room, equipped with AC and TV-Sat, will be perfect to extend your evenings. The kitchen is independent and has induction and all the necessary utensils to cook comfortably. In the house, there is a washing machine, iron and ironing board. On the main floor, you will find three bedrooms, all with AC. Two have twin beds, while the third has a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub. A separate bathroom with a bath completes this floor.
