This ground-floor apartment, located on the first floor of a small-scale complex, is ideal for up to 4 people, and pets are welcome (up to two). Large floor-to-ceiling windows flood the rooms with natural light, and the sliding doors lead to two spacious balconies (totaling 27 m²) with water views from both sides.
The modern, urban-chic interior has been carefully chosen to create a warm, homely feel. High-quality materials enhance the cozy atmosphere, making it easy to unwind after a day spent outdoors. In the living room, you can relax in front of the flat-screen TV, while the fully equipped kitchen includes a microwave, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, toaster, and both a Nespresso and filter coffee maker.
