This cozy holiday apartment is situated on the top floor of a small residential complex. It features a living room with a comfortable boxspring bed for two people. The balcony offers a peaceful spot to enjoy fresh air and tranquility. The small kitchen is equipped with a fridge, stove, kettle, and coffee machine for your convenience. The bathroom includes a wash basin, toilet, and bathtub.Additionally, guests have access to a washing machine for a fee, and there is a cellar available for drying laundry.

Due to the energy measures in Germany, the swimming pools are unfortunately not heated until further notice. Any existing saunas will still work as usual. We apologize for any inconvenience.</div>
We ask for a deposit of € 100, - through a SEPA form. This will be sent to you in advance and will be filled in at check-in. With the SEPA form, you authorize us to deduct up to € 100, - if, for example, there is damage. If nothing is settled, the SEPA form will automatically lapse.
The rental price includes energy costs.
The apartment includes free use of the indoor swimming pool and use of the sauna (€ 2.00 per time).
Bed linen, final cleaning, and tourist tax are mandatory and can be found on your reservation overview and/or invoice.
Towels, kitchen textiles, and children's furniture can be rented separately on request.
