With beautiful exteriors, the house stands out for its tranquillity. In the garden you will find the private chlorine pool which measures 11m x 4m and has a depth of between 1.20m and 1.90m. The pool area has sun loungers and a parasol where you can lie down and relax in the sun. There is also a porch where you can enjoy a delicious meal prepared on the fixed barbecue nearby or if you prefer you can extend your evenings in the sofa area also located in the same area.

There is also the long promenade of Puerto de Pollença, where you will find a wide variety of bars and restaurants where you can enjoy the rich Spanish gastronomy.

The interior of the house is distributed on one floor and opens onto a spacious living room equipped with Smart TV and air conditioning. The ceramic hob kitchen is ideal for sharing moments with your companions and is equipped with all the necessary utensils for you to cook comfortably. There is a washing machine, iron and ironing board. When it is time to sleep you will find two complete bedrooms, the first one has two single beds and an en-suite bathroom with bathtub and the second one has a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with hydromassage bathtub. Both bedrooms are air-conditioned and if you are travelling with your baby we can provide you with a cot and high chair.

• The holding of events is forbidden.
• The Ecotasa (tourist tax) must be paid cash on site when checking in. The amount varies between 0.55€/night and guest during the low season and 2.2€/night and guest during the high season. The tax is reduced by half from the 9th day of your stay. All guests have to pay the Ecotasa, except people under 16 years. Guests will receive an email 7 days prior to arrival with mandatory general deposit payment information.
