The lawn surrounding the pool is ideal for laying out towels for sunbathing or enjoying family activities. You may also enjoy a stroll through the property, adorned with trees, plants, and even free-roaming hens. A stone-furnished terrace and barbecue area cater perfectly to cooking enthusiasts. Additionally, an outdoor shower bathroom enhances your convenience during your stay.

In the area of Porreres there is a great variety of bars and restaurants, offering typical Mallorcan cuisine. Do not hesitate to go visit the Ses Covetes and Sa Ràpita, two wonderful beaches of fine sand, and enjoy to admire the sunset with a delicious cocktail. The beach of Es Trenc, known for being a protected natural area, is about 26 km. Other beaches that are worth visiting are Cala Anguila, Porto Colom or Porto Cristo, among many others.

Upon entering the house, the main floor welcomes you with a cozy living-dining room where you can unwind on the sofa or enjoy satellite TV. Adjacent to this area is the separate gas kitchen, fully equipped with all necessary utensils for preparing delicious meals. Essential appliances such as a washing machine, iron, and ironing board are also provided. This level includes two bedrooms: one with two single beds and another with a double bed, complemented by a bathroom with a bathtub.

Ascending the stairs to the upper floor, you'll find a second living room adorned with two armchairs, perfect for relaxation and indulging in a good book. Additionally, there is a third bedroom featuring a double bed. For our youngest guests, we provide a cot and highchair. The accommodation is equipped with two radiators and three fans. Notably, one of the double bedrooms benefits from air conditioning, operational from 9 pm to 9 am.
