At the beach; Near water
The area of Sa Marina, is a very quiet area surrounded by local people. In the area you can make excursions to Cala Voquers, La Victoria, etc. In a few kilometers you will also find Puerto Pollensa, Formentor, Puerto de Alcudia, etc.
In the Port of Alcudia and Port of Pollensa are restaurants for all tastes; fresh fish, good meat, pizza and pasta, sushi, tapas, tasting menus and Majorcan cuisine.
The old town of Alcúdia, with its cobblestone streets, squares, the church and the walls surrounding the city, worth a visit. Tuesdays and Sundays are market days in Alcúdia and the town is transformed into a bustling and lively place. Do not forget to visit the highly recommended Roman ruins.
By car or bus you can reach very easily other areas like Playa de Muro, Can Picafort, Playa de Formentor, Cala San Vicente. The town of Pollensa and its small church on top of the hill (Calvari) can be a good option for a half day excursion. To reach the Calvari with its magnificent views, you have to climb a staircase with 365 steps.
