The apartment is located on the first floor and can be reached via the staircase. The bright, spacious, and high living room with loft has a seating area by the television where you can sit comfortably on the double sofa and single armchair. The large dining table seats six, so you can enjoy a meal or have friends or family over. The table is spacious enough to use part of it as a workspace. Behind the dining table is a cozy play corner with a small seating area and some children's toys. The compact kitchen is equipped with a hob, convection microwave oven, dishwasher, fridge with freezer compartment, kettle, and Nespresso coffee machine. The modern bathroom with a toilet, walk-in shower, and washbasin with mirror and cupboard is located next to the kitchen. Step directly from the living room onto the private balcony with beautiful lake views across the Prinses-Margriet Canal; enjoy this unique location in the comfortable lounge chairs. The industrial spiral staircase in the living room leads to the open second floor (loft) with a single bed (80 x 200 cm) and a double bed (180 x 200 cm) in the same room. There is also a bedside table and a wardrobe for storing clothes and other luggage. The windows have blackout blinds. The central heating cupboard and a storage room with a vacuum cleaner are also on this floor. There is a fold-away cot (60 x 120 cm) and a high chair for small children. Pets are not allowed.
