This fantastic house with private pool in Santanyí welcomes 6 guests.

The exterior of the property is ideal to enjoy the Mediterranean climate. On the beautiful main terrace, surrounded by trees and flowers, you will find a private salt pool with dimensions of 6 x 4 m and a constant depth of 1.5 m, which will be perfect for cooling off on the hottest days. Around it there are sun loungers where you can relax while you get a tan, as well as a large table where you can start your day while having breakfast or extend your evenings at the end of the day.

This accommodation is located in Santanyí, a charming village known for its crystal clear beaches, stunning natural landscapes, traditional architecture and relaxed and peaceful atmosphere. We encourage you to explore its historic centre, made up of narrow cobbled streets and stone houses, perhaps while stopping at a good restaurant where you can enjoy the local gastronomy. If you feel like enjoying a day of sun and sea, just 5 minutes by car you will reach the beautiful beach of Cala Santanyí, with crystal clear waters and white sand, perfect to spend a relaxing day and enjoy the sun and the sea. Just a short distance away you will also find Cala Mondragó, one of the most beautiful beaches of the island thanks to its crystal clear waters, its fine sand and the impressive nature reserve that surrounds it.
Fittings
The interior of the two-storey house is designed to offer you the rest you deserve. On the main floor you will find a living room equipped with AC and Smart TV, a reading room and a large dining room that offers the perfect space to enjoy eating or having a drink with your companions. On this floor there is also a kitchen with ceramic hob and all the necessary utensils for you to cook comfortably; as well as a sink and a bathroom with shower. The house has a washing machine, iron and ironing board. When it's time to rest, there are 3 bedrooms, all with AC. Two of them are on the ground floor. One has a double bed, while the other has two single beds. A staircase leads to the first floor, where you will find another bedroom with a double bed, en-suite bathroom with shower and access to a furnished terrace. If you are travelling with your baby, we can provide you with a cot and a highchair.

-Check in time is from 10:00 and check out time until 16:00.-Please note that young groups and parties are not allowed.
The Ecotasa (tourist tax) must be paid cash on site when checking in. The amount varies between 0.55€/night and guest during the low season and 2.2€/night and guest during the high season. The tax is reduced by half from the 9th day of your stay. All guests have to pay the Ecotasa, except people under 16 years. You will have to pay the deposit amount at the arrival to the owner.
