Welcome to this beautiful and modern country house, with an infinity pool and room for 6 people on the outskirts of Llubí.The exterior area of this finca is stunning. The beautiful views of the fields and countryside are the perfect company to relax in the garden or any of the wonderful corners of the property. The beautiful lawn area by a paved space encloses the great chlorine pool and the furnished area where you can enjoy a succulent barbecue either during the day under the awning or in the evening under the starry sky. The pool size is 10 x 6 meters and the water depth goes from 1.2 to 1.6 meters. There also are 6 designed sun loungers around and an exterior shower. The property is fenced and privacy is total.

Among nature Llubí is a small town located in the center of the island, with about 2000 residents, mostly locals, so you will be able to know the Mallorcan's real essence and habits. The town center offers basic services like grocery shops, cafes, and bars. In a 20 minutes drive you reach the great beaches of Can Picafort or Puerto de Alcudia characterised by the blue waters and white and fine sand. The area of Puerto de Alcudia is very lively during the summer with all the people, restaurants, bars, fashion shops, and much more.

When you enter you will find an impressive air-conditioned living/dining-kitchen with a comfortable sofa where you can sit and watch the satellite TV, a large glass table and a ceramic hob, oven and everything you need to cook like being at home. The laundry room is independent and offers a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board. There are two bathrooms, both with a shower, as well as three bedrooms with AC and closet. Two of the bedrooms each have a double bed and the last has two single beds. There are two cots and high chairs for small families.
