Various catering facilities such as restaurants, cafes, bars, and pizzerias are conveniently located within around 200 meters, ensuring a quick and easy reach within minutes.A spacious yard lies in front of the house, accommodating parking for all cars and boat trailers. There's a new expansive terrace featuring a fireplace grill, along with a portable wood/charcoal grill, complemented by tables and chairs. The fenced and secure garden is adorned with lush greenery, Mediterranean plants, and an orchard boasting apples, apricots, pears, plums, figs, mogranji, cherries, lemons, tangerines, and grapevines. On the opposite side, there's a bio garden cultivating organic vegetables like lettuce, chard, tomatoes, peppers, and cucumbers. Children can enjoy swings in the garden, and there's also a garden shower, deck chairs, and parasols.
