A deposit will be required for the group upon arrival at the reception for the rented accommodation (amount to be agreed upon).

Young People: Young people traveling alone are not permitted to stay in the rental accommodations or within the park.
<p data-start="672" data-end="796"><strong data-start="672" data-end="693">Business bookings: Business-related bookings are not allowed. Reservations are only accepted for recreational purposes.
<p data-start="798" data-end="1077"><strong data-start="798" data-end="810">Visitors: If you are expecting visitors, please notify the reception and pay the visitor’s fee. You are responsible for your visitors’ behavior. All visitors must leave the premises by 10:30 PM at the latest, and their vehicles must be parked in the designated parking area.

If the issue is not resolved to your satisfaction, you may submit a written complaint to the management, who will investigate it thoroughly within 14 days after your departure.

<p data-start="1971" data-end="2276"><strong data-start="1971" data-end="1986">Reservation: Reservations can be made directly via the website or by phone. You will receive your reservation confirmation/invoice within one week of booking. This confirmation serves as proof of your booking. Rates are based on available facilities and whether or not they are used during your stay.
<p data-start="2278" data-end="2530"><strong data-start="2278" data-end="2291">Preferred: If you have preferences regarding location, such as several bungalows next to each other or a specific number, we will do our best to accommodate them, subject to availability. The fee for preferred accommodations is €12.50 per booking.
<p data-start="2532" data-end="2684"><strong data-start="2532" data-end="2543">Payment: A deposit of 50% of the total rental fee is required upon booking. The remaining balance must be paid at least one month before your stay.
<p data-start="2686" data-end="2989"><strong data-start="2686" data-end="2702">Cancellation: Cancellation insurance can protect you from cancellation costs. If you do not have insurance and decide to cancel, the cancellation policy as stated in Article 6 of the Recron Terms and Conditions applies. Cancellation insurance can be purchased up to two weeks after the reservation.
<p data-start="2991" data-end="3241"><strong data-start="2991" data-end="3016">Arrival and departure: You can check into your accommodation from 3:00 PM on the day of arrival. Upon arrival, you will receive the key and other relevant information at reception. On departure day, the accommodation must be vacated by 10:00 AM.
<p data-start="3243" data-end="3531"><strong data-start="3243" data-end="3261">Final cleaning: We will clean your accommodation after your departure. You are required to leave the accommodation in broom-clean condition, wash dishes, clean the fridge, fold the duvets, and place the used sheets in a pillowcase. Trash should be placed in the designated container.
<p data-start="3533" data-end="3680"><strong data-start="3533" data-end="3546">Occupancy: Accommodations may only be used by the number of people they are designed for. A full inventory is available in each accommodation.
<p data-start="3682" data-end="4088"><strong data-start="3682" data-end="3720">Bed linen and children's furniture: Bed linen is provided upon arrival at your bungalow, cottage, or caravan. If you wish to change your bed linens during your stay, you can rent additional linen packages for €7.50 at the reception. Children’s furniture (camp bed and high chair) is available for €5 per stay (please request when booking). You must bring your own duvet and bed linen for the camp bed.
<p data-start="4090" data-end="4250"><strong data-start="4090" data-end="4098">Cars: A maximum of one passenger car may be parked at each rental accommodation or campsite. Additional cars must be parked in the designated parking area.
