A charming and simple house located in a peaceful residential area, just 7 km from the beach and the center of Lloret de Mar. This property is perfect for a relaxing family holiday on the Costa Brava!
The house boasts an outdoor area of 500 m² featuring a private garden, porch, barbecue, and a terrace, ideal for enjoying sunny breakfasts and meals. At the back of the property, there is a small studio occasionally occupied by the gardener responsible for maintaining the garden.
Conveniently, a bus stop connecting to the center of Lloret de Mar is located right in front of the house.

The interior spans 130 m² and is divided across two floors:

There is a separate kitchen fully equipped with a microwave, gas hob, oven, dishwasher, coffee maker, and washing machine. Additionally, the floor includes 1 double bedroom and a full bathroom with a bathtub.</li><li>First Floor: Includes 1 double bedroom, along with 2 bedrooms, each furnished with two single beds. There is also a bathroom on this floor featuring a bathtub.</li></ul>
Pets are allowed upon request and may incur an additional fee.

Young groups and parties are not allowed. In case of some houses the owner makes an exception but, in these cases, a higher deposit needs to be paid. Deposit for youth groups 150,00 €/person for houses and 75,00 €/person for apartments that will be returned one week after the customer leaves the property.
Youth groups are not allowed without any prior notice to the agency and having signed the relevant conditions. If this instruction is not observed, the agency has the full right to evict the tenants if appropriate.
Please note, that extra beds are in fact inflatable mattresses.
Pets: In case of traveling with pets you must notify the agency in advance as in some accommodations, pets are strongly prohibited. The extra cost is 35 €/week. The house should be left as hair-free as possible and there should not be any remains of excrement either in the house or in the garden. In case of finding a house full of hair, with excrements or with damages, the amount equivalent to an extra cleaning and the corresponding amount in case of damage or breakage will be withdrawn from the client's deposit.
Any deposit left in cash will be never returned on the day of departure, it will be returned by bank transfer a few days after departure. In order to proceed with the refund, the guest must provide their bank details to the local tour operator.
Charging electric cars at the accommodation is strictly prohibited due to the potential risk of damage to the electrical installation. However, there are numerous charging points scattered throughout the towns that customers can use if needed.
