Winter sports; In the mountains; Among nature The Homberg is situated on a sunny plateau high above Züschen, making it an ideal spot for families and those seeking ample space on the slopes. The area boasts seven efficient lifts and a contactless electronic ticketing system, ensuring smooth descents without long waits, even on busy weekends. The wide, well-maintained slopes are supported by an automatic snow system, guaranteeing reliable snow conditions. Free parking is conveniently located right by the slopes. After a day of continuous skiing, visitors can unwind in the cozy huts or enjoy après-ski activities at the Schirmbar.

Accommodation: A warm welcome in a comfortably furnished houseOur holiday home is carefully furnished to give you a real 'home away from home' feeling. As soon as you step inside, you'll feel right at ease. The living room is equipped with a flat-screen TV and Blu-ray player, perfect for cozy evenings.
In the fully equipped kitchen, you can cook to your heart's content, or enjoy a cup of coffee on the sunny terrace overlooking the surrounding nature. Cooking becomes a joy, as from December 2024 you can showcase your culinary skills in the completely renovated open kitchen.

A SodaStream for refreshing drinks The comfortable beds ensure a good night's sleep, so you wake up refreshed and ready for new adventures. For a good night's rest, you can choose from one of the two bedrooms:

In the bathroom, you'll find a sink, shower, and toilet. Everything is present for a comfortable stay, so you don't have to worry and can fully enjoy.
This cozy apartment is located in a charming complex. It's a place where you immediately feel at home, surrounded by an atmosphere of peace and coziness. One of the nice aspects of this accommodation is that you don't have to worry about parking. There's a parking space available right in front of the complex, making loading and unloading your belongings much easier, and you're always assured of a parking spot after an outing.
For the little ones, we have a foldable baby cot available for children up to 2 years old. This way, even the youngest guests can sleep comfortably during their vacation. A high chair is also available.
And good news for animal lovers: your faithful four-legged friend is welcome in our holiday home! We understand all too well that a pet is part of the family. That's why you can bring your furry friend along, so you can enjoy a nice vacation together. One pet is allowed in the accommodation.

<div>At some of our accommodations you can use the (communal) swimming pool or there is a swimming pool in the area. Due to the energy measures in Germany, the swimming pools are unfortunately not heated until further notice. Any existing saunas will still work as usual. We apologize for any inconvenience.</div>
We ask for a deposit of € 100, - through a SEPA form. This will be sent to you in advance and will be filled in at check-in. With the SEPA form, you authorize us to deduct up to € 100, - if, for example, there is damage. If nothing is settled, the SEPA form will automatically lapse.
The rental price includes energy costs.
The apartment includes free use of the indoor swimming pool and use of the sauna (€ 2.00 per time).
Bed linen, final cleaning, and tourist tax are mandatory and can be found on your reservation overview and/or invoice.
Towels, kitchen textiles, and children's furniture can be rented separately on request.
Please note that young groups and parties are not allowed.
